You can make such a request as much as 14-days after receiving the 1st draft of your resume, cover letter, LinkedIn account, Resignation Letter, Thank you letter, or any other service you purchased.


We will not be bound to provide reimbursement if more than 14 days have actually passed because you have received the 1st draft of your resume, Resignation Letter, cover letter, LinkedIn account, Thank You letter, and/or any other service you bought.


We will also not be obligated to offer a refund if you have taken part in fraudulent activity or acted in a way that violates our terms and conditions.


We will certainly not be obligated to give a reimbursement if you have used our services in the past and got a refund from us before. As Such, if you already received a refund from us in the past, you aren’t entitled to one again.


We will not be obligated to give a refund if you use any of our discount codes to get discount offers.

Payments


By buying a service or product made available through GTJResume, you agree to pay the costs associated with the transaction, including but not limited to underlying fees or taxes.
